ASSISTANCE AND REPAIR SERVICE
We inform all our customers that all items returned in assistance / repair must have a regular accompanying fiscal document (DDT) together with an exhaustive description of the problem encountered, using the appropriate pdf form which can be downloaded at the bottom of the page.
In the event that dirty or worn-out items or models are sent back for service, to which it is clear there has not been due maintenance as prescribed by the respective manufacturers, we will be forced to charge a fixed inspection cost of 30.00 Euro + VAT. Same thing if an electronic device returned for repair is found to be working properly. We therefore recommend that you carry out the necessary checks before shipping to the assistance of items deemed to be faulty.
If the assistance and / or repairs are required under warranty, we remind you that this covers only and exclusively manufacturing defects or non-conformity of the product at the time of purchase.
in addition, in addition to the accompanying fiscal document and the repair request form, the following must also be provided: the complete article in its entirety including the accessories, in its original packaging, with the receipt attached.
In the event that any of these conditions are not met, warranty assistance will not be granted and the repair will be carried out with the payment of any spare parts and processing time.
We also remind you that we are required to carry out warranty service interventions only and exclusively on products that have been regularly distributed by us on the national territory through our sales network ..
